| Abstract: | A combined cyclotron-spin resonance assisted by an emission of LO phonon has been observed in the longitudinal and transverse magneto-photoconductivity of n-InSb. The theoretical analysis predicts a resonance in magneto-optical absorption for light polarization e 6 H and a weakly resonant behavior for e ⊥ H. This agrees with the observations. |
