| Abstract: | The strong carrier accumulation in the high resistive region of semiconductor structures giving rise to field-opposed diffusion of free carriers may result in the appearance of the sublinear current-voltage dependence [V ∝ exp (Iaw)], which is extremely sensitive on external influences. |
