| 摘 要： | 本文以圆管内 CaCO3 污垢的形成过程为研究对象,从传热传质的角度建立了一个圆管内 CaCO3 污垢形成过程的数学模型,利用化学反应模型对圆管内 CaCO3 污垢的形成过程进行了数值模拟,得到了 CaCO3 污垢的沉积率、剥蚀率以及污垢热阻随时间的变化规律.

| Abstract: | In this paper,using the heat and mass transfer principle,a mathematical model is constructed in view of the CaCO_3 fouling process in an inner tube.The finite rate chemical reaction model is applied to numerically simulate the process of CaCO_3 fouling.Then the rule of fouling removal rate,fouling deposition rate and fouling resistance with running time is obtained. |
