全固态光电子取样系统

摘    要:本文介绍了一种全固态高速光电子取样系统。整个系统全部由固态器件组成。该系统以超短脉冲激光二极管作光源,以混合集成光电回路作取样门。从理论上分析了这种系统的灵敏度和分辨率。给出了初步的实验结果。

Abstract:A high speed solid state optoelectronic sampling system is presented. The whole system consists only of solid state devices. Two laser diodes which can generate ultrashort laser pulses are utilized as optical sources. A hybrid integrated optoelectronic circuit is utiliz utilized sampling gate. The sensitivity and resolution of the system are analysed in theory. The primary experimental results are given.
