| Abstract: | The young teachers, the main force in university, face many contradictions during their transition to maturation stage, which is especially outstanding in local university.Applying the scientific outlook on development, changing the educational thought and implementing the people-orlented principle to improve the quality growth of young teachers are discussed, which includes three aspects of youngteachers oriented by governing departments, self development oriented by young teachers and students oriented by teaching work. |
