支撑喉内镜下喉部病变的手术治疗

目的探讨支撑喉内镜下治疗喉部病变的临床应用及手术方式。方法全麻下经支撑喉内镜对47例喉部病变患者进行微创手术治疗,部分患者术中微波处理残灶及出血区。结果47例患者均手术成功,随诊1～12个月,未见严重手术并发症。术前已发生声嘶的44例患者术后3w内发声恢复正常,3例咽喉异物感患者1月内症状消失。结论支撑喉内镜下手术治疗喉部病变具有视野清晰、操作精细、创伤性小、结构功能保留好、恢复快、复发少等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Operative treatment of laryngeal pathological change under self-retaining laryngendoscope

Objective: It's to research on the clinical application and operative method of treating laryngeal pathological change under self-retaining laryngendoscope.Methods: 47 patients of laryngeal pathological were given microwound operations under the condition of general anesthesia with the help of self-retaining laryngendoscope,with some of them being treated with microwave of residual focus and hemorrhagic part at intraoperation.Results: All of the 47 operations were successful.The follow-up survey within one to twelve months found no severe operative complications.The 44 cases which had hoarseness preoperation recovered their vocalization to normal in 3 weeks after operation.The symptom in 3 cases of laryngopharyngeal paresthesia disappeared within one month.Conclusion: The operative treatment of laryngeal pathological change under self-retaining laryngendoscope has the advantages of clear view,small wound,refined operating,quick recovery,less recurccence,etc.It deserves to spread and apply in clinic.
