聚氯乙烯聚氨酯机械共混体系性能的研究

摘    要:本文对聚氯乙烯——聚氨酯机械共混体系作了系统的研究,对体系的抗张性能,抗冲性能,动态力学性能了分析,并对体系作了红外谱图和微观相结构分析。测得聚氯乙烯聚氨酯共混体系为半相容;分子量增加使相容性变差;且聚醚型的聚氨酯与聚氯乙烯的相容性优于聚酯型的聚氨酯;当聚氯乙烯与聚氨酯比例为7:3时体系有较好的力学性能。

Abstract:The objective of this research was to study the morphology and properties of PVC-PU mechani- cal blend.Studies on this blend was carried out utilizing stress-strain,infra-red,impact-resistance, density measurements,electric-microscopy,and dynamic mechanical measurements. This blend is semi-compatibility.The compatibility of PU and PVC decreases while the poly mer's molecuar weight rises.The compatibility of PUM and PVC is better than of PUZ and PVC. When the blend contains 30% PU,the better compatibility and mechanical properties are obtained.
