超声换能器温度压力特性及回波谱校正

摘    要:文章根据超声换能器的梅森等效模型,对换能器传输函数的温度、压力特性进行了数值模拟和实验分析.理论和实验研究结果表明超声换能器传输特性会随温度压力的变化发生改变.为此,本文提出了一种消除换能器温度压力特性影响的回波幅度谱校正方法,并进行了理论计算和实验验证。结果表明该方法具有良好的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:In this pqper, we imitate transfer functions of ultrasonic transducer under different temperature conditions according to Mason's equivalent circuit of ultrasonic transducer. The relevant experiments have been carried out. The results show that the transfer characteristic of ultrasonic transducer varies with temperature and pressure. FOr this reason, we present an approach to correctting the amplitude spectra of ultrasonic echoes acquired in different temperature and pressure environments. The theoretical simulations and the experiment results demonstrate that the approach is simple, effective and practical.
