微波辐照下均分散氧化亚铜超细粒子的制备

摘    要:在微波辐射条件下,用沉淀法制备了氧化亚铜均分散超细粒子,实验表明:随加热方式、CuSO4浓度、表面活性剂或螯合剂的不同,粒子的开状呈方形、雪花形、球形多种形态,特别是雪花形粒子,尚未见文献报道,与传统加热方式相比,微波辐照制备的粒子均分散性更好、形状更规整。

Abstract:The paper discusses the preparation of uniform cuprous oxide particles through deposition method under microwave irradiation. Cuprous oxide uniform particles with different shapes and sizes, such as square, snowflake-like, spherical, were prepared according to different heating method, concentration of system,kind of surfactant and chelate. What should be particularly mentioned is the snowflake-like shape, which was not reported before. It is showed that particles prepared under microwave irradiation had finer uniform shape than conventional heating method.
