基于组态技术的PLC实验教学平台设计与实现

摘    要:针对传统实验箱进行可编程控制器实验时的缺点,提出了利用MCGS组态软件开发PLC实验项目的方法实现了一个基于组态技术的PLC实验教学平台.实际应用结果表明:利用动画配合实物协同运动,能有效提高学生的学习兴趣、编程技巧和动手能力,丰富了PLC实验课的教学效果.

Abstract:To overcome the drawbacks identified with conventional PLC experiment using testing devices, a new configuration-based PLC experimental teaching platform is constructed and implemented using MCGS configuration software designed for PLC experimental projects, Real-time practicing results demonstrate that not only the students' learning enthusiasm is enhanced, but also are their analytical and problem-solving abilities improved. As a result, the overall teaching efficiency of PLC experiments is uplifted.
