烯唑醇的反相高效液相色谱分析方法

摘    要:用反相高效液相色谱法测定烯唑醇,以甲醇、乙腈和水(35+30+35) 为流动相,使用SUPEL COSILLC- 18- DB(5 μm 4.6 m m ×250 m m)色谱柱,紫外检测波长为230 nm ,平均回收率为96.8% ,紫外检测最低检出限为1.92ng。方法快速准确,灵敏度高,可用于烯唑醇原药及其在各种复合农药中含量的测定。

Abstract:A sensitive RP-HPLC method was developed for the determination of diniconazole with SUPELCOSIL LC-18-DB(5 μm 4.6 mm×250 mm) column, CH3OH+CH3CN+H2O(35+30+35) as mobile phase and UV detection at 230 nm. The average recovery of diniconazole was 96.8% and the detection limit was 1.92 ng.The method is convenient,rapid,accurate and can be used for the analysis of diniconazole in raw pesticide or complex pesticides.
