| Abstract: | Constitutionalism is the important result of political civilization for mankind. Both the choice and establishment of each country＇s constitutional model are based on local culture and traditions. We need treat Chinese traditional culture and western constitutional culture scientifically to build socialistic eonstitutionalism with Chinese characteristics. We should nurture the constitutional spirit and construct the constitutional culture. |
