| Abstract: | We report the fabrication and validation of a microfluidic cell volume sensor integrated on a multi-layered polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) microchip with a tunable detection volume for dynamic control of sensitivity, enabling the detection of individual Escherichia coli and microparticles. |
