| 摘 要： | 从非结核分枝杆菌的储存处、水的传染源作用介绍了国内外非结核分枝杆菌的栖息地与传染源;从淋巴结炎与鸟分枝杆菌、淋巴结炎与嗜血分枝杆菌和身体其它部位感染等方面阐述了肺外感染与非结核分枝杆菌的关系;在例举国内NTM医院感染暴发的基础上总结了NTM的毒力因子.

| Abstract: | Some of the issues considered in this review are habitats and infective sources of nontuberculous mycobacteria in water sources,relationship between infections without underlying lung disease and nontuberculous mycobacteria such as M.haemophilum and lymphadenitis,M.avium complex(MAC) and lymphadenitis or other tissue infection.The virulence factors of nontuberculous mycobacteria are summarized based on cases from hospitals in China. |
