郁金中姜黄素提取工艺研究

摘    要:以郁金提取液中姜黄素的含量和干膏率为指标,对乙醇回流法、渗漉法、酶解法、微波辅助提取法、超声辅助提取法做了考察,并采用正交实验法对超声提取法提取工艺条件进行优选,得到最佳的提取工艺条件为:郁金粉碎成60目,75%的乙醇超声提取2次,每次30min。所得郁金提取液中,姜黄素的含量为1.180mg/g生药,干膏率为5.97%。

Abstract:The total contents of curcumin and extraction rate were taken as inspecting index to study the five extraction methods such as reflux,percolation,enzymatic hydrolysis,microwave-asisted extraction and ultrasonicwave extraction.In order to optimize the extraction technology,orthogonal experiment design was adopted to determine the extraction technology.The result indicates the optimum extraction technology is crushing Curcuma aromatica to 60 mesh,adding 75% alcohol,refluxing for 2 times,30 min each time.The content of curcumin in the extraction solution is 1.180 mg per gram of curcuma aromatica,extraction rate is 5.97%.
