| 摘 要： | 本文从立体化学和反应机理方面综述了Corey化学酶的催化作用及其在有机不对称合成中的应用, 指出了Corey化学酶与酶的相同点和不同点, 对于关键的反应过程态均以空间关系更为清楚的构象式表示。

| Abstract: | This review examines the catalysis and application of Corey' s chemzyme in asymmetric organic synthesis from the viewpoint of stereochemistry and reaction mechanism. The similarities and differences between chemzyme and enzyme are shown clearly in the paper. In order to give more clear the spacial relationship some key transient states are described by the comformational formula. |
