| 摘 要： | 阐述了激光诱导击穿技术的基本原理，研究了激光诱导击穿光谱技术在探测等离子体温度方面的应用，并进行了实验研究。在等离子体达到局部热平衡时，通过探测Cu的等离子体特征谱线相对强度的方法，达到用激光诱导击穿光谱技术探测等离子体温度的目的。实验结果表明，该方法方便、快捷，具有一定的实际应用价值。
