| 摘 要： | 我国高校扩招以来,每年的毕业生增长迅速,毕业生就业压力越来越大,就业率和就业质量也相应下降,以往的就业指导模式和观念已无法适应时代的要求,将营销观念引入高校就业指导工作之中,积极探索高校就业指导工作中的营销策略是形势发展的迫切需要。

| Abstract: | As the result of the enlarged recruitment in college,the annual graduate increases quickly,and the employment pressure is more and more great,Also the employment rate and employment quality drop correspondingly ,the former employment guidance model and idea have failed to meet the requirement of times.Therefore,it's the urgent need of the development situation to introduce the marketing idea into the college employment guidance,and explore the marketing strategy in the employment guidance actively. |
