| Abstract: | Affected sib pair(ASP) design has a broad application in genetic statistics.In practice, however,the ASP samples was mostly mixed with a certain number of half sib pair(HSP).This type of data is called as mixed affected sib pair(MASP).This article focus on linkage analysis for MASP IBD data.Research shows that corresponding mixture model based on only IBD information is non-identifiable.
