浅析当前人民币的升值压力问题

论证了日、美等国要求人民币升值的主要理论依据“中国输出通货紧缩论”是片面的，分析了当前人民币面临升值压力的成因，阐明了人民币升值既不利于中国经济，实际上也不利于世界经济。当前中国的政幕选择应当是制定和采取措施来保持人民币汇率的基本稳定。但从长远而言，缓解人民币升值压力的根本途径在于进行人民币汇率制度的改革。

Analysis on the Problem of the Appreciating Pressure of RMB

This paper demonstrates that the main theoretical accordance of the opinion of China's exporting currency deflation held by Japan, America and other countries for the purpose of pressing China to make appreciation of RMB is one- sided. This paper analyzes the causes of that RMB is facing the pressure of appreciation, and expounds that the appreciation of RMB will bring about no benefits to the world economy as well as to China's economy. Recently, the policy option for China should be to maintain the fundamental stability of the exchange rate of RMB by taking practicable measures. But in the long run, the right way to relieve the appreciating pressure of RMB is to reform the present exchange rate system of RMB.
