| 摘 要： | 东莞市是广东省第一个普及高中教育的地级市。本文简述了东莞市是怎样普及高中教育的。具体的实践主要有六个方面:(1)全面规划,上下实施;(2)宣传发动,万众齐心;(3)倾斜投入,几个一点;(4)内培外引,保证师资;(5)贯彻方针,提高质量;(6)制订法规,巩固发展。

| Abstract: | Dongguan is the fust prefecture-level city in Guangdong province to have popularized senior middle school education. This article explains how it was made. The essential practice can be described as the six points below: (1) Planned in an all - round way and carried out by people at various levels; (2)Propaganda and agitation conducted, and millions of people united as one; (3)Favour investment and several" somes" ; (4)Training at home and introducing from outside; (5)Carrying out the principle and improving me quality; (6) Making laws and regulations for consolidation and development. |
