摘    要:为研究超薄PCBM层对有机太阳电池的影响,制备了含和不含超薄PCBM层的两种不同结构的体相异质结太阳电池,电池结构分别为:ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT+PCBM/PCBM/AI,ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT+PCBM/Al.测试结果表明:所制备电池的开路电压分别为0.599 2V和0.572 7 V,能量转换效率分别为2.24%、1.21%,超薄PCBM层起到了电子传输的作用.

Abstract:To study the effect of ultrathin PCBM on organic solar cell,two different kinds of bulk heterojunction batteries were prepared,one of which contained ultrathin PCBM layer and the another one without ultrathin PCBM layer.Cells possess structures as ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT+PCBM/PCBM/Al,ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT+PCBM/Al,respectively.Experiment results indicate that cell's open-circuit voltages are 0.599 2 V and 0.572 7 V,respectively,the power conversion efficiency are 2.24% and 1.21%,respectively.The PCBM layer has the action of electron-transporting.
