珙桐科植物喜树灭螺机理研究

摘    要:在用喜树碱作用于钉螺实验中,喜树碱具有明显的灭螺效果,将喜树碱配成50、100、200、400、800mg/L,5个浓度处理4d,200、400、800mg/L在第4d均达到80%以上的灭螺效果.经喜树碱提取液半致死浓度处理的钉螺,其碱性磷酸酶和谷丙转氨酶的活性均升高后下降.且钉螺头部肿胀,肌肉溃损,细胞核形态异常,微绒毛散乱,组织水肿.

Abstract:In the experiment of using camptothecin to kill Oncomelania hupensis,the result showed camptothecin was effective in killing Oncomelania hupensis.Preparing camptothecin in five different concentrations for 4 days,and these concentrations were 50,100,200,400 and 800 mg/L,respectively.Among these concentrations,the 200,400 and 800 mg/L could reach up to 80% in the effectiveness of killing Oncomelania hupensis on the fourth day.For those Oncomelania hupensis treated by solution LC50,the activity of their AKP a...
