| 摘 要： | 摘要对ICP-AES法测定土壤中重金属的不确定度进行评估。以测定土壤中的铜为例，分析了测量不确定度的主要来源，对称样量、定容体积、标准曲线、仪器输出数据的不重复性4个不确定分量进行分析计算，最后合成ICP-AES法测定土壤中重金属的标准不确定度，并计算求得扩展不确定度。

| Abstract: | The determination of copper in the soil as an example, the method to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement for determining the content of heavy metal in the soil was described. The uncertainty sources were analyzed, including the sample weight, volume, standard curve and repetitiveness. The total uncertainty for the determination was combined, and the expanding uncertainty was caculated. |
