摘    要:本文介绍了我们研制的波长范围400至1000nm的可见一近红外傅里叶交换光谱仪。通过四倍频电路使激光条纹间隔四等分,给出158.2nm等光程差间隔进行干涉图采样。使用Apple Ⅱ微计算机控制仪器操作,数据采集和数据处理。对光谱测量结果进行了讨论。

Abstract:In this paper a kind of visible-near infrared Fourier transform spectrometer developed byour laboratory is described. The He-Ne laser reference system is used for sampling the interfe- rogram at equal interval of retardation. Increments of 158.2nm in optical path length are obt-ained by subdividing the natural fringe spacing of He-Ne laser by a factor of 4. The workingwavelength range is between 400--1000nm. The Apple-2 microcomputer is used for instrumentoperation controlling, inte.ferogram sampling and data processing. The instrumental performanceis demonstrated and aliasing problem is discussed by spectral measurement.
