基于等倾干涉的声波解析实验

摘    要:激光检测的音频解析系统是将激光射在声源附近的玻璃表面,玻璃受到声压作用发生微弱同频率振动,激光照射到玻璃后上下表面返回的光发生等倾干涉,且玻璃振动引起反射光斑位置发生移动,光斑位移量与玻璃振动幅度成线性关系,通过检测干涉光斑位移引起的光强变化并对接收到的光信号进行光电转换和放大解析实现声音的还原。

Abstract:The laser occur equal inclination interference when incident on the up and down surface of the glass. The sound pressure induced micro-displacement of the glass,if the glass vibrated vertically at the approximate incident point of t he laser,the interference spot will move linearly. Measuring the movement of the interference spot and changing optical signal into electrical signal to achieve the sound signal restore.
