| 摘 要： | 采取反相离子对液相色谱柱后衍生法测定大鼠小肠组织中多胺（包括腐胺、亚精胺和精胺）的含量。取4只SD雄性大鼠小肠组织冻干样品用高氯酸低温匀浆离心后取上清液,经0.45μm滤膜过滤后用反相离子对液相色谱柱后衍生法测定多胺（包括腐胺、亚精胺和精胺）的含量。结果发现该种方法所测得的腐胺、亚精胺和精胺的相对标准偏差都小于10%,三种生物多胺的方法回收率在89.2%—96.4%之间。

| Abstract: | The freeze-dry small intestine samples of four sprague-dawley （SD） rats were homogenized in perchloric acid and centrifuged under low temperature condition, the supernatant samples micro-filtrated by 0.4μm membrane filter were analyzed for polyamines such as putrescine, spermidine and spermine so on by post column derivation of ion-pair. The coefficients of variation of putrescine,spermidine or spermine obtained by this method were less than 10%,and the recovery of this method was ranged between 89.2% and 96.4%. |
