摘    要:将载体按其化学组成分类,综述蛋白质色谱填料的进展。文中还讨论了键合固定相、多孔复合材料和混合载体等新型复合材料不同的制备方法以及这些载体在层析过程中的主要特性。

Abstract:Advances in packing materials designed for protein chromatography were reviewed. Base supports are classified according to their chemical composition. The different approaches to composite materials such as bonded stationary phases, pore composites and mixed carries are described; characteristics that play a major role in the chromatographic process are discussed.
