连翘花精油的化学成分研究

摘    要:水蒸气蒸馏法提取和乙醚萃取甘肃天水产的连翘花油挥发性成分 ,经空白对比 ,GC- MS法分离、鉴定了含量大于 0 .1%的 4 8个化合物。占精油总量的 82 .6 5 %。其中烃类 4 9.84 % ,醇酚醚类 11.6 1% ,醛酮类 12 .6 8% ,酯类 1.35 % ,卤代烃 7.17%等。表明花中的有效成分较果实低。

Abstract:Essential oil was extracted from flower of Forsythia Suspense(Thunb.)Vahl.by steam distillation and ether.48 components with more than 0.1% of contents were isolated and identified by chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS),including 49.84% of hydrocarbons, 11.61% of alcohols,phenols and ethers,12.68% of aldehydes and ketones,1.35% of esters and 7.17% of halogen derivatives.The results show that the available components in the flower are lower than those in its fruit.
