野生稻抗白叶枯病遗传分析及转育效应研究

摘    要:研究了不同类型的野生稻对江陵691,PXO61和T7174三个白叶枯致病菌系的抗性遗传及转育效应.普通野生稻2号与四个栽培稻杂交组合F2群体的抗性遗传分析表明:普遍野生稻2号带有三对相互独立遗传的显性抗病基因;其中一对同时支配对供试三菌系的抗性,并且与显性基因Xa-4和Xa-7非等位,与隐性基因xa-5及xa-c独立遗传;另两对则分别只控制对江陵691和T7174之一的抗性.利用杂种胚和F1幼穗培养,可有效地将非AA型野生稻抗病性转育至栽培稻之中.

Abstract:The inheritance and breeding effect of resistance to 3 strains of Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzae, Jiangling 691 .PXO61 and T7174 in various types of wild rice were studied. Analysis of F1and F2 populations from the crosses between O.rufipogon and 4 rice cultivars (O.sativa ),revealed that O.rufipogon has three dominant genes which are independent each other,one is responsible for resistance to the 3 strains used above and nonallilic to Xa-4 .Xa-7 .xa-5 or xa-c;the other two are considered to convey resistance to only one of Jiangling 691 and T7174 respectively. It is effective that resistance germ-plasm of non-AA karyotype wild riCes are translated to O. sativa by hybrid embryo and young panicles culture in vitro.
