风冷热泵冷热水机组除霜过程仿真

摘    要:在对风冷热泵冷热水机组除霜过程内部状态变化进行定性分析的基础上 ,建立了机组除霜过程动态仿真的数学模型 ,采用质量引导法对数学模型进行求解 ,仿真计算结果与实验值的对比表明 :风冷热泵冷热水机组除霜过程的动态仿真反映了机组除霜过程的变化趋势 ,为利用建立数学模型进行理论分析并与实验相结合的方法深入研究机组的除霜过程 ,掌握机组除霜过程中各主要部件的性能变化 ,改进机组除霜性能 ,提高机组在冬季的工作特性与可靠性打下了基础

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the defrosting process of air cooled heat pump/chiller,dynamic simulation model is established for air cooled heat pump/chiller operating under defrosting condition. The model is solved by using the method of quality guiding. The result of dynamic simulation is compared with that of experiment. It is found that the dynamic simulation is feasible for studying defrosting process of air cooled heat pump/chiller deeply. It is also useful for improving the performance of the unit working in winter.
