| Abstract: | The combination of microwave measurements of the Stark effect in the (001) excited vibrational state with fourteen laser Stark transitions of the hot band (101) ← (001), previously reported in the literature, yielded the values of the dipole moment of ONF both in the (001) and (101) states. |
