摘    要:利用弹性实体单元有限元模型研究了压边圈厚度对压边应力传递的影响规律,并与实验结果进行了对比分析.在此基础上,分析了不同厚度及结构的压边圈对钢板成形性能的影响规律.结果表明,使用弹性实体单元模型可以准确预测压边圈应力传递,从而提高冲压成形数值模拟精度;相对于平板结构的压边圈,锥台结构压边圈更有利于变压边力的实现,并改善钢板成形性能.

Abstract:The effect of blank holder thickness on stress transfer was studied by means of an elastic solid element finite element model.The simulation results were verified by experiments.The effect of the structure and thickness of the blank holder on the sheet formability was analyzed.The results show that the(elastic) solid elements model is efficient to improve the simulation accuracy of the stress transfer on blank holder and therefore improves the stamping formability prediction accuracy.The cone-shaped blank holder is beneficial to the variable blank holder force control and stamping formability improvement.
