| Abstract: | The stannyl radical mediated-cyclization of oxime ether, derived from D-glucose, gave the aminocyclohexitol derivative. Stereoselective C-C bond forming cyclization proceeded via favorable conformers minimizing A(1,3)-strain between the oxime ether group and alpha-substituents. |
