高频脉冲电镀镍钴合金的内应力

摘    要:研究了脉冲频率、硫酸钴浓度对高频脉冲电镀Ni-Co复合镀层微观形貌与内应力的影响.高频脉冲电镀获得的沉积层表面比直流电镀致密、均匀、孔隙率低、内应力低.随脉冲频率的升高,Ni.C0镀层的内应力先减小后增加,并在80 kHz取得最小值.随硫酸钴浓度的增加,镀层的内应力先增大后减小,在30g/L取得最大值.

Abstract:The influence of pulse frequency,quantity of CoSO4 on micro-morphology and internal stress of high frequency pulse electroplating Ni-Co composite coating was studied.The results showed the following details.As the frequency increased,the surface of the plating tended to be more compact and internal stress of the plating was lower.The internal stress of the plating got the minimum at 80kHz,and as the frequency increased,internal stress of the plating decreased at first,and then increased with the minimum at ...
