BSTO/MgO铁电移相材料的研究

摘    要:采用固相反应法制备了钛酸锶钡/氧化镁(BSTO/MgO)铁电移相材料。研究了材料的相组成、显微结构和介电性能。经测试分析表明:MgO 与 BSTO 复合后,并没有出现二次相,且晶粒形状分布均一,粒度均匀;w(MgO)为 50%时,材料的低频(10 kHz)εr为 157,tgδ 为 0.000 6,高频(约 2.5 GHz)εr为 120,tgδ 为 0.008;4 000 V/mm偏压下的调谐性为 17.5%,基本上达到了相控阵移相器在高频下工作的要求。

Abstract:Barium strontium titanate/magnesia (BSTO/MgO) ferroelectric material for phase shift was prepared by traditional ceramic process-solid phase synthesis. The phase distribution、microstructure and electric properties were investigated. The results show that no secondary phase appears in the composites and the dimension of grains distributes uniformly. With 50wt% MgO content, εr and tgδ of the material are 157 and 0.000 6 respectively at10 kHz and εr is 120 and tgδ is 0.008 at about 2.5 GHz. Tunability reaches 17.5% with the external DC field 4 000 V/mm. It can find application in tunable microwave phase shifters.
