| Abstract: | The problem of excessive social burden on state-owned enterprises is analyzed and several solutions are suggested.These solutions include:collecting funds from multi-channel for establishment of social insurance system,puting down the load of retirees, diverting surplus personnel,establishing medical insurance system for staff,and separating social organizations from enterprises,etc. |
