| 摘 要： | 质量体系是全面质量管理的精髓,是贯彻实施GB/T 10300系列标准的核心问题.本文从交通运输行业的特点出发,针对当前在深化全面质量管理、宣传贯彻GB/T 10300系列标准、建立质量体系过程中出现的几个重点问题,提出了明确的意见和看法.
