热交联法高吸水性树脂的合成和性能研究

摘    要:以有机过氧化物为引发剂,在分散剂的存在下,将丙烯酸丁酯(BA)与醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)共聚合,然后在有机溶剂中碱解,并将皂化物在一定的温度下进行热交联制得了高吸水性树脂。本文在限定配料组成的条件下,研究了该树脂的吸水性与引发剂用量、交联温度、水的pH值以及水中所含无机盐的关系。制得的高吸水性树脂可吸无离子水达1034g/g,吸合成尿73g/g,合成血60g/g,1.0%NaC187g/g。通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱明确了聚合物的组成和结构。

Abstract:The butylacrylate and vinyl acetate was copolymerized with a peroxide as initiator in the presence of dispersing agent. The product was partially alkaline-hydrolyzed in an organic solvent. The super water-absorbable resin was prepared by hot cross-linking of hydrolyzate in the definite temperature. The relations of the water absorption capacities of the resin, initiator used, the temperatures of cross-linking, the pH. value of the water and the inorganic salt in the water were studied. The deionizing water absorbed by the resin is 1034g/g, the synthetic urine is 73g/g, the synthetic blood is 60g/g and 1.0% NaCl solution is 87g/g. The structure and composition of the copolymer were identified and examined by infrared spectrogram and NMR-H spectrum.
