基于LabVIEW的相位器静态试验监控系统设计

摘    要:相位器是提高发动机效率的核心部件,泄漏量是影响相位器性能的重要参数之一。为了测试相位器的泄漏量,本文介绍了电气控制系统的硬件选择和上位机监控软件的设计,以及相位器静态测试原理。选用西门子可编程控制器及扩展模块构建电气控制系统,通过以太网实现与上位机的通信,上位机监控软件选用LabVIEW。通过系统调试,基于LabVIEW的上位机监控软件运行良好,能够实时监控相位器的工作状态。

Abstract:Cam phaser is vital to increase the efficiency of engine; leakage is to influence one of the important parameters of Cam phaser. For the sake of the test leakage, the paper introduces the hardware choice of electricity control system and the design of monitor and control software, and the Cam phaser static tests principle. We choose Siemens PLC and expandable modules to set up electricity control system, realize correspondence by Ethernet, and choose LabVIEW. By adjusting the system, the monitoring software of upper-computer based on Lab- VIEW is good, can timely monitor the work of Cam phaser.
