高效毛细管电泳碳柱电极安培电化学检测的理论研究

摘    要:推导了高效毛细管电泳碳柱电极安培电化学检测的检测电流表达式,并以自制毛细管电泳/电化学检测系统对其进行了实验验证。对给定直径的工作电极,检测电流正比于碳柱工作电极插入检测毛细管长度的2/3次方,也正比于液体电渗平均体积流速的1/3次方。实验结果与公式吻合很好,说明了检测电流表达式的正确性。

Abstract:The formula of electrochemical detection(ED)current for high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE)has been derived.A home-made HPCE/ED system has been used to test and verify the formula, The results showed that the detection current was proportional to li2/3 (li was the length of working electrode inserted into the detection capillary)and U1/3(U was the everage volume flow rate generated by electroosmotic force),which confirmed to the formula and showed that the formula was correct.
