| 摘 要： | 用电荷耦合器件检测器组装的荧光检测装置，检测荧光混合物的荧光光谱，借助卡尔曼滤波处理测量数据，进行多组分荧光物质同时测定，获得了满意结果。

| Abstract: | A fluorescence detector with a charge-coupled device is reported for fluorescence spectra measurement of multi-component mixtures,With the aid of this charge-coupled detector,the simultaneous determination of multiple components in fluorescent mixtures is satisfactory,The data obtained have been processed by Kalman filtering. |
