自润滑轴承失效原因的XPS分析

摘    要:用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对失效前后的自润滑轴承各部件表面的化学组成及其状态进行了分析,结果表明失效前后表面性质差异较大,失效是由于自润滑膜破损耗尽所致。

Abstract:The surface chemical composition and chemical characteristics of self-lubricating bearings were analyzed by XPS before and after failure,It has been found that the bearing surface after failure its quite different from that prior to failure, The depletion and destruction of the self-lubricating MoS2 film appear to be the cause of bearing failure.
