Beitrag zur Mikrokryoskopie

Zusammenfassung Bei der kryoskopischen Molekulargewichtsbestimmung läßt sich das Beckmann-Thermometer durch ein Thermistor-Thermometer ersetzen. Die Bestimmung wird mit 3 bis 5 mg Substanz in 1 ml Lösungsmittel ausgeführt und durch die automatische Registrierung der Abkühlungs-kurve vereinfacht.

Summary The Beckmann thermometer can be replaced by a Thermistor Thermometer in the cryoscopic determination of molecular weights. The determinaion is conducted in 1 ml of solvent with 3 to 5 mg of the specimen, and the operation is simplified by automatic recording of the cooling curve.

Résumé Dans la détermination cryoscopique des poids moléculaires, on peut remplacer le thermomètre Beckmann par un thermomètre à thermistor. On effectue la détermination sur 3 à 5 mg de substance, dissoute dans 1 ml de solvant et l'on simplifie le procédé en réalisant l'enregistrement automatique de la courbe de refroidissement.
