| Abstract: | In view of the instances in which a considerable number of medium- and small-sized enterprises blindly start their construction projects,which do not operate very well or in the red,close down,and have to be merged into a bigger one,or switch to other operation shortly after being put into production,or whose products are overstocked,this paper puts forward some suggestions to attach importance to the significance of feasible research. |
