摘    要:采用农药喷雾处理的方法,研究农药对绣球叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,百菌清处理3 d后,叶绿素含量随药后时间延长呈现出先上升,后下降的特点,表现出一定的时间效应。与对照相比,经1 200 mg/kg百菌清处理,能显著增加绣球叶绿素含量。叶绿素a、b分别比对照增加151.60%和156.76%。研究表明,不同农药品种对叶绿素含量影响无显著差异,绣球叶绿素含量变化与农药浓度有关,与农药品种无关。

Abstract:Effect of the pesticide on the chlorophyll in the Hydrangea was studied by using the spray treatment. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll displayed the characteristics of increasing at first and decreasing later on. And the change of the content of chlorophyll showed some time effect along with the prolongation of the time at the three days after it was treated by chlorothalonil. Compared with the control(CK), the content of the chlorophyll a and b in the Hydrangea treated with 1 200 mg/kg chlorothalonil increased significantly by 151.60% and 156.76%, respectively. The significant differences between the different pesticides were not found. Study showed that the change in chlorophyll content of hydrangea was related to pesticide concentration, not concerned with pesticide varieties.
