宁夏沿黄经济区水资源短缺风险评价

摘    要:针对宁夏沿黄经济区4市水资源短缺风险水平,采用改进模糊综合评价法,在评价水资源短缺风险等级的基础上,结合熵权法和多指标综合测算法,从准则层和指标层进行权重分析,对宁夏沿黄经济区水资源短缺风险状况进行综合评价。结果表明:宁夏沿黄经济区水资源短缺风险处于中等风险,其中银川市和石嘴山市处于中等风险,吴忠市和中卫市处于较高风险。

Abstract:In view of the risk level of water resources shortage in the 4 cities along the Yellow River Economic Zone in Ningxia, this paper adopts the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, on the basis of analyzing the risk level of water resources shortage, combines the entropy weight method and the multi-index comprehensive measurement algorithm, carries on the weight analysis from the criterion level and the index level, and carries on the comprehensive evaluation to the risk situation of water resources shortage in Ningxia Yellow River Economic Zone. The results show that the risk of water shortage along the Yellow River Economic Zone in Ningxia is at medium risk, among which Yinchuan and Shizuishan are at medium risk, Wuzhong and Zhongwei are at high risk.
