摘    要:采用粉末活性炭(PAC)-超滤膜(UF)组合工艺对某城市二级出水进行深度处理,研究了不同PAC投加量下组合工艺的膜渗透性能,并对其膜污染性能进行分析。研究结果发现:在最佳膜通量投加量下(PAC为10 mg/L),膜通量和不可逆膜污染阻力达到最低值;组合工艺对不同分子量的去处效果较直接超滤都有所提高,其中小分子量(3k~10 k Da和3kDa)有机物的去除率提高最大;组合工艺以滤饼层和中间堵塞模型为主,而发生完全堵塞模型的概率相对较小。投加PAC能够有效提高去除效果,降低膜污染。

Abstract:In this paper, the secondary effluent of a city was treated by the combined process of powdered activated carbon and ultrafiltration (PAC-UF). The membrane permeability performance of the combined process under different dosage of PAC was studied, and its membrane fouling performance was analyzed. The results showed that membrane flux and irreversible membrane fouling resistance reached the lowest value under the optimum membrane flux dosage (PAC 10mg / L). The combined process had better effect on the different molecular weight than direct ultrafiltration. And the removal efficiency of organic matters with low molecular weight (3K ~ 10K Da and <3K Da) was the highest. The combined process mainly based on cake layer and middle plugging model. And the probability of completely plugging model was relatively small. Adding PAC can effectively improve the removal effect and reduce membrane fouling.
