摘    要:提出了一种混合沉淀法处理冶金及机械行业实验室废液的新方法.在适量铁(Ⅱ)存在下,用含块粒状氢氧化钙、碳酸钙、石灰石的石灰乳调节至溶液出现浅棕色,再用精石灰乳调节溶液至pH 8.0~9.3,生成金属的微溶氢氧化物、铁氧体、碳酸盐等混合沉淀.结合间歇往复运动,静置沉降6 h,虹吸分离上清液.生石灰中的脉石成分降至2%.并探...

Abstract:A novel method for treatment of the laboratorial waste liquor from the metallurgic and machinery industry by mixing precipitation was proposed.In the presence of an amount of ferrous,but less than the theoretical quantity for the formation of the ferrite,the solution is neutralized with lime milk contained the lump of Ca(OH)2,CaCO3 and limestone until the solution appeared brownish color,and further neutralized with refined lime milk contained CaCO3 in the form of particle to pH 8.0~9.3,the insoluble mixing precipitation of metallic hydroxide,ferrite and carbonate etc.is formed.Combined with batch reciprocation,the supernatant was separated from the vessel by siphonage after settling 6 h.The gangue content in the quicklime is 2% approximately.The reaction between the iron chips and the waste liquor from analytical laboratory,and the property of the quicklime were investigated.The reaction of limestone,CaCO3 and acid was discussed.The proposed method has the advantages of simplicity,practicality and economization.
