| Abstract: | A spectrophotometric procedure for the determination of indican in urine based in Jolles' reaction, modified by Bermejo-Martínez and Barrera-Ramallo, is described; and it is applied for the determination of urine in adulterated cow milk, until addition of 2% human urine is estimated. |
